What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayNow/ iBanking transfer for now. However, be assured that we are continuously expanding and are looking for ways add on more payment methods.
How long is the order processing time?
Your order will be processed by our admin within 2 working days, once payment has been received.
How long does it take to receive my product?
All orders will be processed and dispatched to courier within 2 working days once payment has been received. Hence, it should be 1 to 3 working days after items being dispatched.
How do I make an exchange?
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For return/exchange, we require the following: 1) Your invoice number. 2) A photo of the defective or damaged item. Please send the above information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our admin will attend to your email within 1 to 3 working days. Do note that if exchanging is not possible, we will do a refund instead. *For exchange due to fitting issues, it will only be considered on a case by case basis.
My item is damage, can I get a refund?
Please be informed that tinytot.sg only accepts return of products if the item delivered has defect, or our warehouse has mailed out the wrong items. The return must be made within 14 days after receipt of items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be intact and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For return of products, you should take a picture of the item (and to indicate the area of defect, if any) to email@example.com with the subject heading (#Order No.: XXXXXX, Return due to defect/ wrong item sent). Our admin will be in touch with you to guide you on the return process. Return Process You may choose to mail the item back or head down to our office for the return. Upon receiving your return items, tinytot.sg will do the refund (inclusive of postage fees), in credit voucher. The credit voucher can be applied in your next purchase with us. We require you to do the following: 1) Take a picture of the item (indicating the area of defect) 2) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading (Inv. No: XXXXX - Returning due to defect/wrong item sent) Our admin will attend to your email within 1 to 2 working days. You might be asked to dispatch the item back to our office (address will be stated in the email). We will process your refund once your item is approved, or once we received the items from you (if requested). Under the following situation, only partial refund will be granted. 1) Item that is not in its original condition 2) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of items
